About Coach Patrick

Hi, I’m Patrick Leahy. Golf has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and for over 30 years, I’ve been helping players of all levels—whether they’re just getting started or chasing college and professional dreams—unlock their full potential.

I take a modern approach to coaching, focusing on motor skill development, solid fundamentals, and swing techniques that work with each golfer’s natural abilities. But golf is more than technique and swing mechanics—it’s about learning how to play out on the course and shooting lowers. That’s why I also help players develop the mental skills and emotional resilience they need to play with confidence in any situation.

My background includes competing at the highest levels of professional golf and traveling the world training coaches, club fitters, and golf academies. I’ve been fortunate to coach champions at every stage of the game—from junior tours like USKids and AJGA to NCAA college golf and even the LPGA Tour. One of the greatest honors of my career was helping World Golf Hall of Fame Member Nancy Lopez with her game.

More than anything, I want my students to enjoy the process of getting better. I keep things simple, positive, and encouraging so that every golfer I coach can feel confident, improve faster, and have more fun playing this great game. I hope to have the same opportunity to help you too!
